1. PURPOSE

To help promote and sale memberships for Star Fitness in order to attract more potential customers to our facility, increase membership sales and to reach the revenue targets for the company.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

A fitness sales manager plays a pivotal role in the selling tasks our fitness organization. On a daily basis you will be called upon to successfully complete many tasks simultaneously. For instance, you will be expected to help the membership of the Star Fitness organization to grow, while maintaining the current membership by ensuring customer satisfaction. A fitness sales manager may also be asked to provide problem solving resources for clients’ problems and help to supervise staff.
